The third jewel in our crown—our latest hotel in Ghent has been gently restored. Located in the city's stunning highlands, within a former military building in an up-and-coming neighbourhood, the JAM in Ghent is a historical gem steeped in heritage. With rooms designed by Lionel Jadot, the space blends the building's existing features with bold, contemporary touches. This new hotel of ours will be the latest addition to a new neighbourhood hub spanning the historic grounds of the Leopoldskazerne. Expect a glorious outdoor terrace, welcoming guests and locals alike.

Old soul, new tricks

High ceilings, soaring arches, layers of old paint. JAM Ghent’s rooms hold on to their past and make something new of it. Housed in a listed building, the rooms were designed by Lionel Jadot and a collective of Belgian makers to feel like an artist’s workshop: raw, expressive, perfectly imperfect. Every room is built with sustainability and comfort in mind, and comes fully equipped with TV, coffee machine, kettle and AC.
